Mr. Maina is the Senior Partner at Mahida & Maina Advocates.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience spanning to two decades and a Certified Arbitrator.

A Graduate of the Nagpur University, India with Bachelor of Commerce and Laws (LLB), as well as a holder of the post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.

With more than a decade rich experience in Commercial and Corporate Law; Civil Litigation; Property, Real Estate and Conveyance; Banking & Finance Securities, he has been at the forefront of spearheading the firm to its imaginable potential.

Mr. Maina currently makes use of his rich and wide network gathered over the years to extend the practice of the Law firm. A frontline ground soldier actively exploring the past and present legislations through meetings and discussions with various sector players to ensure that their current implementations fit the present times and needs. He has fit the shoe long enough to know where it hurts, best believe that his visionary proposals and solutions are not only to heal the current wounds but also to better the practice for the incoming minds.
