We have represented a wide range of property developers in formulating development documents such as standard form lease agreements, and leases and offer advice and support in ensuring that regulatory compliances such as rent and rates payments, consents, NEMA approval, and county Government approvals are obtained, we also have experience in drafting concession agreements for PPP financed projects and were involved in the Thika Superhighway Private sector participation study and drafted documents that were utilized in advising Highway authority on the same.
